Authorito provides professional book writing and publishing services, including but not limited to:

• Professional ghostwriting for non-fiction and expertise-based books
• Amazon KDP publishing and ISBN registration
• Book cover design and interior formatting
• Paperback printing and distribution
• Book launch event management
• Social media management and author branding
• Audiobook production
• Creative content services

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for industry experts, entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, executives, and professionals who have valuable knowledge to share. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Intellectual Property and Rights

Author Ownership: Upon full payment, you retain 100% of the copyright, intellectual property rights, and all royalties from your published book. This is explicitly stated in our service agreement.

Our Rights: Authorito retains the right to display your book cover and title in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website gallery as a demonstration of our work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your individual service agreement
• Prices are subject to change; quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
• Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the completion of all author input sessions. This timeline is contingent upon:

• Timely completion of author input sessions by the client
• Prompt feedback and approval at each stage of the process
• Full payment as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our ghostwriting, editing, design, or publishing services, we will revise the work until it meets your expectations. This guarantee covers all core services included in your package.

8. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the initial payment
• Refunds will be processed after deduction of any work already completed
• Once the book has been published and distributed, refunds are not applicable
• Specific refund terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during input sessions
• Respond to requests for feedback within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure that all content provided is original and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Communicate openly about your expectations and requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Authorito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific sales figures, bestseller status, or media coverage as outcomes of our publishing services.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, book concepts, and personal details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your unpublished work, business strategies, or personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date
• All rights to completed work will transfer to you upon full payment
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
